AS Capital Trading provides algorithmic trading tools, indicators, scripts, expert advisors (EAs) and related services for trading platforms such as MT5, MT4, cTrader and TradingView. Our services include trading signals, market analysis and risk management tools.

AS Capital Trading shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, trading losses, data loss or loss of profits.

You may cancel your account and terminate use of our services at any time. To cancel, you must contact us via the provided email or through your account settings.
8.2. Termination by AS Capital Trading
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent or unauthorized use of services
- Non-payment of obligations
- Legal or regulatory reasons
8.3. Effects of Termination
Upon service termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You will not be entitled to a refund of payments already made, unless otherwise stated in our specific refund terms.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
